here is a mind in icy stasis

here is someone whose way of thinking
is a one way road without curves or junctions

here is someone with an attitude
engraved and never changing

here is someone who KNOWS the one and only TRUTH

Maintaining this stasis costs energy.

(Sometimes it might be healthy to be that sure and steadfast; but not for a long time.)

When the crystallising intellect
has killed all living thought
when the mind is thus dead
a new light may shine on the horizon.
